The Raya House

We are overwhelmed with gratitude.

A little over a year ago, we shared the vision and mission of The Raya House with our community. Today, we can stand on property owned by The Raya House—completely debt free.

When we gathered in October for Night of Hope 2025, we had no idea what God had in store. We simply shared the vision He had placed on our hearts. Little did we know that the generosity of this community would provide more than enough to purchase this property in cash.

To every donor, every prayer warrior, every sponsor, every volunteer, and every person who has shared a passion in our mission—thank you. We would not be here without you.

This property is a testament to God’s faithfulness and to what can happen when people come together to make a difference in the lives of children.

As we look ahead to the next chapter, we are reminded of Matthew 6:33:

“Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”

Our promise is to continue to seek God first, and allow him to lead and guide our every step. He loves each and every child, parent, and family we will come in contact with through our home, and he is faithful to complete every good work. 🤍🌿

WE OFFICIALLY CLOSED ON PROPERTY.

This land will one day become a place where children in foster care can experience safety, healing, stability, and belonging.

There is still a long road ahead, but today marks the beginning of something incredibly special.

Thank you to every person who has prayed, supported, encouraged, donated, and believed in this mission. This moment belongs to all of us.

Right now in Georgia, thousands of children are experiencing instability, repeated placement moves, and separation from siblings while simply waiting for a safe place to belong.

That’s why The Raya House exists.

We believe children deserve more than temporary solutions. They deserve safety, connection, healing, and a place to call home.

Our mission is to create a family-style foster home in Northwest Georgia where children can experience stability, support, mentorship, and lasting hope.

Because we believe cycles can be broken when children are surrounded by love and consistency 🤍

In Georgia, many children in foster care experience repeated placement moves and spend years waiting for permanency. Every move can mean a new home, new school, new routine, and another layer of uncertainty.

At The Raya House, we believe children deserve more than temporary placements.
They deserve consistency.
They deserve healing.
They deserve home.

That is why we are preparing a place.
