Small repair on steps, the support beams began to rot and was causing a safety hazard.

Client experienced drainage issues due to previous owner's improper disposal of grease down the sink, we attempted to utilize a drain machine to break up the obstruction but were unsuccessful, we subsequently replaced the entire main line and replumbed it, utilizing pipe hangers to achieve the correct slope and ensure optimal flow and prevent future clogs.
