I know I’ve been posting a lot of wedding catering pics lately but did you know we cater to graduation celebrations, as well as birthday’s and anniversaries to name a few? For instance, yesterday we catered a graduation lunch for 20 people. They had an amazing elevated Caesar salad with smoked bacon, capers, house-made garlic croutons, Parmesan cheese with a creamy Caesar salad dressing, a low country grazing board with wild Ga shrimp, smoked ham, house-made pimento cheese, and local honey, a prosciutto and brie tartine with fig chili jam, as well as grilled chicken sandwiches with basil pesto aioli and fresh mozzarella on ciabatta, and finished with house-made key lime tarts! What a great celebration, and everyone raved about the delicious food!

This past weekend was another busy one for ! On Saturday, I had the honor of catering for another military couple, and earlier in the afternoon, a baby shower. Lots of great comments from both parties, along with beautiful venues and gorgeous weather in Savannah, made this one for the books. So thankful to be a part of these moments that they’ll remember for years to come!

What an amazing weekend to celebrate life and to just get away for the weekend! Starting Thursday with a gorgeous wedding in to a weekend brunch in , and then to end it with a 50th birthday celebration with lots of appetizers and a low country boil!

Despite all the events happening on this weekend, the one that stood out and made it most memorable was having the honor of catering a wedding for this Army officer and his beautiful bride at one of my favorite venues, Amazing food, beautiful venue, excellent weather and lots of happy faces makes me feel very proud to do what I do.
