A lot of requests to go to two days a week…so here you go! 😮‍💨 We’ve been thrilled with the results of these first two conditioning sessions with the mixture of old and new faces. Congratulations are in order for one of our former players (that we are sure you’ve seen our posts about remembering his name), Brexton Bell, who made his commitment today to take his football career to the next level with the App State Mountaineers!! 💪⛏️🟡⚫️⚪️🏈

ECSTATIC doesn’t even begin to cover how we are feeling over here!! From watching this young man make his way through youth football, on the wrestling mat, and now dominating in high school..Brex, the sky is the limit for you big guy!! Words can’t express how proud we are of you and how much we can’t wait to watch you on an even bigger stage!! Keep that humble mentality and stay grinding!!! We can’t wait to catch a game, and hopefully we’ll be watching you on the wrestling mat, too!!! 🤼

⭐️🏈Our outstanding coaching staff is composed of highly dedicated men (some with 30+ years of coaching experience 🤯) who are passionate about the game and committed to expanding competitive youth athletics in our community! The Effingham Generals (a non-profit private organization) strive to provide the best football experience to the youth and their families by helping them develop and improve their fundamentals and skills that will prepare them for life both on and off the field. Need some proof? Come see for yourself! ALL WORKOUTS ARE FREE, AND EVERYONE IS INVITED!! We are locked, loaded, and ready to get these young athletes going!! 🏈⭐️
