Music Monday to kick off Week of the Young Child. Shaker eggs made by everyone filled with rice, beans, or buttons to create our own musical instruments. Shake, shake shake!!

📢 Attention Families with Students in Grades 7–12

My office is partnering with Rep. Jennifer O’Mara and the Delaware County Intermediate Unit (DCIU) to host an Apprenticeship & Trades Fair on April 15, from 6:00–8:00 p.m., at DCIU's Education Service Center located at 200 Yale Avenue, in Morton.

Students can learn about a variety of career pathways in the skilled trades—including areas such as electrical work, carpentry, HVAC, welding, manufacturing, culinary arts, and other technical specialties that offer strong earning potential and hands‑on training opportunities.

If your student is exploring options after high school, this event is a great place to begin.

Our food exchange table is filling up already!! Please put the word out to anyone you know who may be struggling to put food on the table right now that we have non-perishable food in the vestibule at the library. Take what you need, please! And thank you to all those who have already donated to the table!

Our campers planted corn this year. Last month they picked some and let it dry out. Today they picked off the kernels and... we got popcorn!!
