Vancouver Fire Marshal: The cause of yesterday’s house fire on 155th Ave in Vancouver was related to overloaded circuit on a Federal Pacific electrical panel. While Federal Pacific breakers trip on short circuits, they are known to fail to trip under overcurrent (overload) conditions. If your home was constructed in the 1980’s, you should check your breaker panel.
This was a fun project completed in about a day and a half by a 2-man crew 💪🏼

- Coordinated with the utility company to remove existing pole, light, and panel
- Installed new 200A panel on the side of the barn
- Removed old power feed and re-routed power from the new panel
- Added 2 dedicated exterior receptacles
- Installed a 50A RV receptacle
- Installed a hot tub disconnect
Ensured all new connections were clean, safe, and up to code⚡️

This was a 2-day project with a 2-man crew where we worked with the local utility company to run new power from the client’s transformer to a new metered panel for their RV carport. We trenched from the transformer to an in-ground junction box and installed everything per plan, including a 200A meter main panel, conduit, and wiring. We also added multiple receptacles to make sure the space is fully set up to handle any RV or trailer with reliable power ⚡️

This was a full 50+ year-old home remodel project completed with a 2–3 man crew 💪🏼

Everything we touched had to be brought up to current code. Tight access in attic spaces required detailed and careful work. Fishing wires through existing walls to avoid major drywall repairs
Seeing all the new lighting come to life at the end made this project especially rewarding!
