Great advice presented by our 💡🐾
When searching for a dog trainer search the same way you would any other professional that will be teaching you.
1. They should do an assessment or meet-and-greet with you.
2. They should have great reviews, and some past successes that you can see for yourself.
3. They should have the qualifications that you desire. CCPDT, years of experience, a
breadth of experience and knowledge.
4. They should train in a way that you are comfortable with or are willing and able to show
you how to train in a new way that makes you feel confident.
5. They should be able and willing to answer questions you have in any way you need.
Visually, metaphorically, and practically.
6. Lastly, they should never expect you to pay for services without evidence of why.
This is the purpose of the assessment/meet-and-greet.
