What a magical evening at CRB Classical 99.5 WGBH’s Fraser Performance Studio.
We were honored to close the season with a program that means so much to us, sharing music we love in one of the most welcoming and inspiring artistic spaces we’ve had the privilege to perform in. From the moment we arrived, the entire GBH team made us feel at home, and we’re deeply grateful to everyone behind the scenes whose care, expertise, and enthusiasm made the evening possible.
WGBH has long held a special place in our hearts, and this experience only deepened that connection. We left feeling energized, inspired, and incredibly thankful.
We’re especially excited that the performance will continue to reach new audiences through an upcoming CRB broadcast on July 5, followed by PBS Passport streaming and a future television broadcast this fall.
Thank you to Sam Brewer the amazing Antonio Oliart and the entire GBH family for an unforgettable night. We are already looking forward to the next opportunity to collaborate and to all that lies ahead.
📸 Stay tuned for audio, video clips, and more from this wonderful evening!

Over the years, has been a place of creativity, collaboration, friendship, experimentation, resilience, and community for us. From rehearsals and recordings to unforgettable performances, from unmasked seasons to masked ones and everything in between, so many meaningful memories have been made within these walls, including those with some of our favorite people/artists ( including ❤️)
All of this makes it that much more meaningful to return to the Fraser Center at WGBH Studios on June 17 to present a musical portrait of America and reflect on what that means to us as artists and as a community. We’ll explore the many voices, stories, and experiences that have shaped and continue to shape this country while celebrating the incredible community that has grown around these performances over the years.
We can’t wait to share this evening with you ❤️

Returning to is always a profound reminder of just how powerful music can be — how it connects us beyond words, beyond background, beyond the confines of language itself. Over so many years, it has been such a privilege to build relationships with this beautiful community and to share moments of genuine human connection together through music.
This past performance felt especially emotional. Seeing tears in the audience, feeling the stillness in the room, and sensing the collective experience of everyone gathered together reminded us why live music matters so deeply. These moments of vulnerability, reflection, and shared emotion are impossible to manufacture — they simply happen when people come together openly and listen with their hearts.
We are also deeply moved each time we return to remember the extraordinary Roger, whose vision and spirit brought this series to life. We feel so lucky to have known him, and his presence still feels woven into this very special place and community he created with such love and generosity.
Thank you for listening so deeply and for continuing to make Promisek such a meaningful part of our lives. 🎶

really has become a second home to us 💛
Each time we return, we’re reminded how special this community is—not just in the concert hall, but in the classrooms, the conversations, and the friendships that keep deepening over the years. Thank you for welcoming us back so warmly (and for such a meaningful time with the students this week!).
And … a little behind-the-scenes truth 😄
Concert life is never quite what it seems. Eri brought the full stage elegance—but underneath? Sneakers, and super stylish socks 😅🌸
Thank you so much for such an amazing and meaningful time, Ridgecrest. We can’t wait until next time ❤️

“Being performers themselves, these composers knew how to feel the audience and keep them engaged.”
We’re honored to be featured in the latest issue of The Strad, where we discuss our newest Chandos Records release, In Her Hands.
This album celebrates the rich and varied voices of three extraordinary composer-pianists—Cécile Chaminade, Dora Pejačević, and Clara Schumann—artists who were not only brilliant composers but also compelling performers who deeply understood the connection between stage and audience.
Recording this music felt like stepping into their artistic world: virtuosic, expressive, and full of personality. We’re grateful to share these works and the stories behind them.
Thank you to The Strad for the thoughtful feature.🙏

Thank you, SiriusXM Symphony Hall for featuring our newest Chandos Records release, In Her Hands! What an honor to play a role in shining a light on underrepresented voices. Here’s to Dora and countless others!
Did you know?
Countess Dora Pejačević (1885-1923) was a Croatian violinist, pianist, and composer.
She began writing music when she was 12. Her compositions were within the Romantic era, and changed following her service as a nurse during World War I. She died due to childbirth complications at 37, 2 years after she married. She left behind a legacy of 58 pieces and is considered the founder of Croatian symphonic chamber and concert music.
Join me later in Evening Music to hear her Piano Trio, played by The Neave Trio, from their newest album.
