Please note the schedule change taking effect on July 6th. The primary goal is to accommodate disinfecting the mats between kids' and adult classes, as well as to better support the different goals of each athlete.

Despite these changes, our class offerings remain above the national average, and you are more than welcome to schedule private lessons for additional training.
