We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
Trying to prototype this front panel and it’s not really working out too well. Apparently, you can’t cut clear acrylic with a blue laser. What the f**kles is that all about??
Gonna have to hit up my homey to use his C02 machine.
The goal is to create a few versions to see if painting and then removing a layer of paint to expose the mask, or a sticker would work best. I want to see how easy each technique is and what produces the best results.

While I’m waiting on my PCBs to come in, I’ve been working on how to emulate this LED masking technique and modify it for my project.
I reached out to with some questions and they were super helpful and even sent me some samples to see if it’ll work for my project. I’m hoping to using a clear vinyl sticker to create the led masking rather than painting or silk screening.

Still working behind the scenes tweaking the prototype code. I also added how many days it’s been since the filter was installed.
I changed my filters this week to get a start fresh. As you can see, the filter looks almost brand new. but for the sake of progress, I had to change the stupid thing.
