From time to time we like to reach back into the past. Between 2021 and 2023, we served in the East Bay, working closely with an encampment in Richmond, CA to support individuals experiencing homelessness as they moved toward stability and housing. We focused on real-life skills—advocacy, navigating systems, and rebuilding—not just survival. When the city shut down the encampment, we helped 85% of residents transition into housing, showing up daily for 37 straight days to ensure no one was left behind.
Recently, we experienced a full-circle moment when Ramon saw Angela Snowden, once part of that encampment, now thriving—working, stable, and rebuilding her life with intention. Moments like this remind us that the work matters, people matter, and transformation is real. We honor her strength, consistency, and commitment to growth.

Allow us to reintroduce ourselves. Collaborising was born on the front lines—walking alongside unhoused communities with advocacy, case management, and unwavering compassion—and that DNA still lives in us. But something deeper began to unfold. We discovered that restoration is not just about meeting immediate needs, but about creating lasting transformation from the inside out. Today, we create environments for deep rest and renewal, equip people with strategic access to travel and opportunity, and offer Spirit-led guidance for inner healing and alignment with God’s purpose. This is not a departure—it’s an expansion into a fuller expression of restoration.

What an amazing day. My Husband, Ramon and a dozen or so of the Rydin Rd. Residents were able to get the CLEAN RYDIN ROAD program off the ground... literally, thanks to Freddie from Yellowsack and Team.
