pumpkin harvest 2022... a metaphor for the last few years really... overall cant complain, but many challenges along the way... poor perfoming seed, rats/mice eating seed, seedlings transplantedtoo late, amd it t usually works, but corn interplanting this time hindered 2 seperate varieties, yield ok, but ripeness is borderline - thanks Romsey summer..
but we have many good ones amongst it all.,.always grateful for the harvest 🙏
Bring on 2023

Spinach about 4 weeks transplant to harvest is fantastic.
Zucchini flowers for not far away either. Asparagus is growing inches before our eyes and the first of our fresh garlic, broadbeans and other spring produce are available via Orders close tonight for Friday delivery 🌱🌱🌱

perfect pulp.. yesterday we bottled our san marzano passata. Six dozen bottles of liquid sunshine to get us through the depths of Romsey winter. Now to try and get the cherry toms roasted and bottled for a ready to serve sauce.
If anyone wants green tomatoes for relish, pickles etc, come and get them

applied BD 500 late this afternoon on moon op saturn and good rain yesterday.
full of hope and promise for the seasons to come
