It's that time...

again....

Ever felt stuck?

Stuck in life?

Stuck in your career?

Stuck in a relationship?

Stuck in a place and no matter how much you want to crawl out, you don't move.

Much like Nala hanging on to her bed but holds her ball close. You know, just in case she can unstick herself enough to go play.

I feel this way every 4-5 years.

It's the inertia of the mundane that can leave us feeling stuck.

Mundane daily life with no disruption becomes a fly wheel 🎡 for more of the same.

Here's what works for me -

A catalyst of change.

Wait...hear me out.

I did not say a gr***de of change that blows up your entire life.

A catalyst that will lead to prolonged change.

An event.

A goal.

A new vision of the future.

I tracked back the major changes in my life, all were brought on by a catalyst of my own doing.

I realized is the importance of a catalyst to break the fly wheel of the repetitive.

To break free of what is trapping you right now, requires a small seismic shift NOT an earthquake 🫨.

Once the event creates momentum of change jump into it with excitement of winning the lottery and let the adventure begin!
