I remember hearing a while back that for certain snake venoms, the cure can actually come from a lamb. And it stuck with me ever since.

It immediately made me think about the Bible. How in Passover, the blood of a lamb was placed over the doorposts, and it became the very thing that protected and saved God’s people.

And now, we see the fullness of that through Jesus, the Lamb of God.

Just like venom brings death, sin does too… but the blood of Jesus is still the cure. Still powerful. Still saving.

There is power in the blood of Jesus. ✝️
