Our dear friends. I'd like to thank everyone of you who accompanied our heartfelt tribute to Rafael Manriquez Silva last night... Manny Man, Jennifer Manriquez Cornish, Bonifacio Silas, Ellen Moore, Flavia Cervino-Wood, Harold Carr, Daniel Oñate, Ricardo Valdivieso , Camila Luna, Danie Citlali Valdivieso and Eduardo Peralta our amazing guests direct from Chile your musical contributions made the evening magical. Carlos Baron our dear Maestro de ceremonias (o zanahorias) you gave voice to the history and all the links between us. Alisa Peres thank you for your translation of Yo Volveré...Holly Near thank you for your message from the East Coast... Chelitz López and Samuel Orozco you guys rock, your radio reporting and support for our event was stellar! Thank La Peña Cultural Center, especially Consuelo, Corey and Rocio for your hard work. Thank to the La Peña Chorus for its unflailing support of Rafa's legacy.
