Bean was a very scared pup when he first came to us. Jade and his family spent several months volunteering and getting to know Bean as well as working with a trainer so that they could make him part of their family. 
We love when families are willing to go the extra mile to help the scared or unsure dogs.

This sweet boy is the definition of a perfect gentleman. Fleming is kid-friendly, cat-friendly, house-trained, and walks beautifully on a leash. He’s the kind of companion who is happy to be by your side whether you’re taking a stroll through the neighborhood or relaxing at home.

One of the greatest gifts foster homes provide is the opportunity to truly get to know a dog outside of the shelter environment. Through Fleming’s foster experience, we’ve learned just how wonderful, adaptable, and loving he is. When dogs live in a home setting, we gain valuable insight into their personalities, habits, and what kind of family will be the best fit.
