We have started our new fall menu. It includes items like: Curry Chicken, Chicken in Sauce (Pollo Guisau), Rasta Pasta, Pepper Steak. I will also be serving my signature Oxtails!! Corporate world are you ready?? I have received some requests to keep the Cuban Sandwiches on the fall menu… what do you think??

Wednesday night we had the pleasure to serve at for Houston edition. Make sure to follow their schedule to see where in the world they will be next. It’s always a vibe!

Now that we have officially entered stew and soup season I have switched the corporate menu a little bit bit. Now offering pepper steak, curry chicken, pollo Guisau and chef’s Special Oxtails. The oxtails sell out quickly. So if you see Vicky’s Island Hop on your corporate lunch schedule make sure you come when doors open.

Update! I will only be fulfilling Thanksgiving orders during the blackout the system. I am ONLY using locally sourced meats and veggies, minority, women and LGBTQ owned businesses. So if you know or have a business please tag them below. Once I get the sources I will let you know what will be available for the menu. Thank you for your continued support. I’m so glad you want to still support my business. So I turn I will do my due diligence to source my food from small businesses also!
