This is all in fun, of course. There are scores of fantastic and eminently worthy non-profits that we are “competing against” in our category. The truth is, each in our own ways, we are all striving to make our community just a little bit better a place to call home. Each of those organizations represent ordinary people recognizing a need their neighbors have, taking the onus and responsibility upon themselves, and working tirelessly to meet it. We’re honored just to be mention in the same conversation.

Thank you all for you love and support 🫶🏼

~The Rescue of Billy and The Kid~

What started out as a potentially dangerous situation, turned into a great outcome thanks to some quick action and teamwork, in what we are calling the G.O.A.T. of all rescue operations…

Earlier today, our team responded to reports of two goats—an adult male now dubbed “Billy” and a young kid appropriately named “The Kid”—that had been swept away in the flooding Yakima river, while inside a white plastic chemical tank.

After navigating swift currents and debris, team members successfully made their way out to the drifting container. With some steady hands and a little cowboy ingenuity, they lassoed the pair and carefully brought them back to shore.

Both Billy and The Kid were checked out and are doing just fine. Even better, their owners were located and the duo has been safely returned home.

Big thanks to the crew for going above and beyond—whether it’s people or goats, we’re always ready to answer the call. 💪

Pool Training 2026

The team had the opportunity today to complete critical qualifications in a controlled setting.

These watermanship skills are vital for qualified rescue personnel as we prepare for rescue missions.

Thank you, as always, to CBRC Health & Fitness for the use of their pool!
