LOGEX Transportation LLC is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team.

🗓 Schedule:

Monday–Friday

Minimum 2 days per week required

Additional days may be added based on workload and candidate availability

Morning or afternoon flexibility

We can accommodate specific days and hours

✅ Requirements:

Advanced English (spoken and written)

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask

Quick learner, able to work independently

Problem-solving skills

Strong computer skills (required)

Comfortable calling brokers for payment updates

Strong organizational skills

📂 Responsibilities:

Work with UTECH TMS trucking software, Excel, and Gmail (training provided)

Call brokers to follow up on payment updates

Sort BOLs by invoice numbers and trucks

Organize paperwork and maintain a clean, tidy workspace

Assist accounting with sorting and paying tolls, organizing paperwork, and creating reports (as needed)
