We recently wrapped up another project for the City of Dallas - City Hall Water Utilities.

The Greenville Service Center is a 26,260 SF, two-story facility that will house DWU’s Neighborhood Drainage Services and Wastewater Collection divisions, which provide essential wastewater and stormwater services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Designed to support these operations, the facility includes office, training, meeting, locker room, and service shop spaces, along with fleet service parking.

We’re thankful for our continued partnership with the City of Dallas Water Utilities and for the entire project team whose collaboration helped deliver the project.

Last week was full of career fair stops across Texas!

Our team visited Texas A&M University, Stephen F. Austin State University, and Tarleton State University, where we met with students seeking to build a career in construction and share about our culture and projects at Talley Riggins.

McKinney Christian Academy students recently got a firsthand look at the construction of their new STEM building, watching the crane and our team at work.

TR is happy to announce the promotion of Jordan Allen to Senior Marketing Coordinator.

Over the past three years, Jordan has played an important role in developing Talley Riggins’ marketing strategy and strengthening our brand presence in the industry.

In his new role, Jordan will continue leading our proposal and award efforts while driving TR’s social media and digital marketing. His leadership skills and commitment to our core values have helped establish a strong foundation for the marketing department as it continues to grow.

We recently celebrated the final beam setting at Pegasus Bank’s new flagship location near the Katy Trail with a topping out ceremony and beam signing.

This two-story, 18,900 sf project will bring banking operations, executive offices, and client-focused spaces together in a building featuring high-end finishes and a design that supports Pegasus Bank’s continued growth in Dallas.

Congratulations to the entire project team on reaching this milestone. We look forward to the next phase of construction.
