Last Friday, we welcomed UTD Executive MBA alumni from across 35 years of the program back to campus.
It was great to see alumni reconnecting with classmates, meeting graduates from other cohorts, and catching up with the program. We also heard a thought-provoking keynote from Oscar Chavarria, UTD EMBA ’13 alum and author of “The Resilience Engine.”
Thank you to everyone who joined us. It was a great reminder that the EMBA experience continues well beyond graduation. 💫

Last month, our first-year EMBA students sat down with two sitting consuls general for a conversation that felt incredibly timely.
Canadian Consul General Susan Harper and Mexican Consul General Luis Rodriguez Bucio joined us to discuss the issues defining North America’s near future: the 2026 review, energy integration, critical mineral supply chains, and the shifts already reshaping Texas industries.
It was a fascinating conversation, and our students left with a lot to think about.”
This session was made possible through the initiative and vision of Dr. Stephen Kiser and the support and involvement of EMBA alumnus Charles Gillis. We are sincerely grateful to them, and to Consul General Harper and Consul General Rodriguez Bucio for sharing their time, expertise, and perspective with our students.

Congratulations to the UT Dallas Executive MBA Class of 2026! 🎓
This milestone represents 21 months of hard work, growth, and commitment. Throughout the program, this cohort balanced demanding careers, families, leadership responsibilities, coursework, coaching, team projects, and an international study tour, all while continuing to show up for one another.
Their gift to the program says a lot about who they are as a cohort: thoughtful, generous, connected, and committed to leaving things better than they found them.
Cheers, Class of 2026. 🥂 We're lucky to have you as part of the UT Dallas Executive Education community!

Our students are back from their international study tour in Spain, closing out their 21-month journey with one final shared experience before graduation.
The trip gave students time outside their normal routines to see and experience global business in a different context.
In addition to an incredible lineup of company visits, they experienced Spain by stepping back in time in Toledo, taking a paella cooking class, touring Bernabéu Stadium, and slowing down at Codorníu, one of the oldest wineries in the world.
The memories will last a lifetime. Cheers to the UT Dallas Executive MBA Class of 2026.
Now on to graduation with UT Dallas Executive Education! 🎓
We’re so glad the first two days of our EMBA study tour in Spain haven’t been a FLOP!
