Prior to joining Smart AutoCare, he held marketing and product development roles for an industry leader where he led cross-functional efforts for several major initiatives. Karl is focused on fostering efficient work streams and breaking down company silos to achieve optimal outcomes. Outside of work, Karl enjoys traveling with his wife and three children, board games (especially chess), and learning new things.

Crystal specializes in creating an organized environment focused on employee development and compliance. In her spare time, Crystal enjoys decorating and participating in activities with her son and daughter. After focusing on one part of the automotive industry for several years Crystal is excited to join a company full of “people helping people.”
