Here is a great summary from the WRA – Wisconsin Realtors Association, about Senate Bill 480 – ACT 235. A new TIF Tool was created and passed to help fund critical infrastructure needed for residential housing and development.

Did you know the average first time home-buyer is now 40 years old? Wisconsin’s median home price has more than doubled in just the past decade. New builds are not happening, especially here in the Northwoods, at least not the types of homes that first time home-buyers need – often referred to the “missing middle” housing.
