Also, tiny announcement...I'm learning that summertime me (aka the me with all the kids home while maintaining a house with 8 people, animal chores, market baking schedule, etc) doesn't move fast in the morning to have baking done by 8am. So the stand will be open more for your after work commute than the morning one. Open until dark, starting by 11/noon.

If you want custom orders, I can make that work on a separate schedule and earlier in the day if needed.

I'm really not great with the posting lately but I had good intensions when the day started to post before market opened. Well, here we are, after the day is done, and I'm just now posting.
I still had to share the new sourdough mini flight and new items I've been making.
Things have shifted a bit in what I offer as its now closer to my passion for creating and creating with zero to low waste in mind.
The items shown are all with the intensions of prolonging the life of an object, whether it be utilizing thrifted or second-hand clothes and fabric to give them a new life or to protect or secure an object to make sure we can take care of our things to keep them longer, therefor avoiding the need to dispose of things so quickly (if ever).

Things to come this summer will be my sustainably foraged salves, more kids toys, perhaps some party decor items, and more.

Had the littlest market visitor stop by my booth today. Her mama got her one of the magic wands I make from thrifted/upcycled fabric and ribbons as one of my newest zero or low waste toys. Her delight while she played was infectious and just plain adorable. Thanks for supporting me today, ladies!

Bring a little whimsy to your daily life, and reduce some single-use plastic while you're st it...bring a basket instead of just a reusable bag!
Skip the produce bags, just plop everything into the basket (you're going to wash it anyway).
You leave the store looking like you're going on a picnic in a field of wildflowers, overlooking the lake instead of "just grocery shopping".
This is a pro-tip. Promise.

Name change. Again. I know. Sorry.

Its ok though! Its actually my LLC name. Something to encompass all the entitities.

Also, i finally came up with a name for my little driveway stand!

Introducing: Cabinet 17!!!!!

Its a cabinet. Its on highway 17. I like it. Do you like it??

In other news, I will be offering a few new treats along with new hours so I dont burn out entirely.

Cabinet 17 will be open for sure on Wednesdays from 8am to 6pm

Custom orders are always welcome and accepted on days outside the market and stand hours.

New treats will include a sourdough mini flight. This way you can experience different flavors instead of having to choose!

New handmade items made from scraps rescued from 2nd hand stores will include childrens toys, scrunchies, bookmarks and more!

Its been a minute...

But, who's getting excited for Farmer's Market season?!

I have been working hard since the end of last season, trying to make items for the booth along with the stand at the end of my driveway!

I will have an announcement coming soon, stay tuned!

Heads up...

I will have the stand open this Wednesday, September 24th.
It will be closed Friday and all of next week so I may install my NEW OVEN! Along with some kitchen shifting as the new stove has a new location in the kitchen (wish me luck and send me patience lol).

I will also not be at market this Saturday but I should be up and running dor the following Saturday (October 4th).

The stand will be open between 9am and 10am from here until I close it up for the winter (that will be weather driven).
With school upon us, I simply can't do all the things at once. That being said, it will still be open until about 7pm and custom orders for pick up are always welcome and encouraged, especially after I close up the stand for the season.
