Mike served in the U.S. Marine Corps, Active Duty, from 1998-2003 both in the continental United States and abroad. I also worked for the US Justice Department for 17 years, assisting in Civil Rights housing cases around the United States. Mike attended his 200 hour RYT in Alexandria, Virginia in May, 2017 and completed his 300 hour RYT in Post-Traumatic Growth and Ayurvedic Medicine through Vetoga in June, 2020. He has continued his studies by studying with Sri Dharma Mittra for the 500hr, 50hr and 200hr Life of Yogi Training. His style of yoga is based on the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra, Sri Amrit Desai, and Dr. Vasant Lad.
