One of the most visually stunning displays I've seen in a long time was spotted at Virginia ABC . This is a life-size sculpture of the BuzzBallz and ready-to-drink cocktails. The gorgeous spring-like vibrant colors and its massive proportion coupled with a playful stack make this a standout.

I have a ton of lemon juice without knowing what to do with it. It occurred to me that I could add it to so many things I'm already making. Last night, I peeled and sliced a bunch of potatoes, soaked them in lemon juice, and added sea salt and other spices. They turned out great!

I have no idea what these are, but I ADORE these structured little cone houses on top of the soap dispensers. Lovely shapes and colors abound. You just have to be willing to observe.

The word drive-by has such negative connotations. IT is almost always used to describe sh**tings. I'd love to change that narrative and develop a creative one.

What do you do when you're driving? Do you look at things outside as you drive by? I definitely do. A lot of times I'll be stopped at a red light and I'll admire the beauty all around.

For me, this becomes a meaningful drive-by because I am suddenly filled with color, hope, and deliciousness invading my soul.

Just a simple observation for today. :) The more you cook pasta, the more it fluffs up. I know restaurants would rather serve pasta al dente, but I love letting the pasta do its thing in warm water for several minutes more. Large, fluffy pasta for the win!

I saw this advertisement from HalloweenCostumes.com and and I instantly thought of the very thing I love teaching people - how to think with a high-level organization. Categories are important to me. I have been working with categories for years. I love grouping things together because it helps me to both understand and process things better. Do you like category thinking?
