Quick highlights; we were one of the last units to go under contract, getting $45,000 off of the original sales price.

Also, even though this was a cash deal, we were able to negotiate all closings costs paid by the builder, (roughly $19,500)

Most times, builders only provide a credit when the consumer uses their lender; very thankful we were able to negotiate ALL closing costs paid despite not using their lender.
