If you want a different life, you don’t start with strategy. You start with belief. 💗

Most of the beliefs running your life? You didn’t consciously choose them.

You absorbed them. From how money was talked about, what got praised, what felt safe, who you thought you had to be.

As a kid, you were just trying to survive. Of course you formed conclusions. Of course you adapted. But those beliefs don’t stay quiet. They turn into stories.

Stories like:
“I’m not good at this.”
“This is just how I am.”
“I’m not the kind of person who…”

Say something enough times and it stops feeling like a thought. It feels like truth.

Then life happens. You fail. You get rejected. Something doesn’t work. And the meaning you assign to that moment? That’s everything.

One person says, “See? I’m not cut out for this.” Another says, “Okay… what can I learn?” ✨

Same setback. Different future.

Long term, your beliefs determine your destiny. So if you want to change your life, start there.

Not with a new planner. Not with a new strategy. Start with what you believe is possible for you.🙌🏻😄

This hit home for me today.

Today, I sat down for a coffee
with the version of me
who carried everything
before I knew how to.

I wasn’t sure
if I was ready for that conversation…
but I sat down anyway.

She asked
if we’re finally free.

I paused.
And said… we’re on our way.
And somehow, that already feels like a lot.

She asked
if all the pain is gone.

I told her no.
But it doesn’t live in the same place anymore.

Then, more quietly,
she asked
if I’m proud of her.

And that’s when my voice changed.

I told her
she’s the best part of me.

Because it was her strength,
her courage,
her persistence…
that brought me here.

She didn’t need applause.
She just needed to know
it was worth it.

She cried.
And I… smiled.

Because this time,
I understood why.

Not everything begins outside.

Some of it starts
in the way you think.

The thoughts you repeat
become emotions.

The emotions you hold
shape how you act.

And slowly…
that becomes your life.

So this week,
pay attention to your mind.

Not everything you think
deserves to stay.

Why is Congress continuing to collect their paychecks when they're not doing their jobs? Instead of digging their heels in, they need to be working on a compromise, a long-term solution that works for the majority of Americans, and not just the political interests of those in power. ICE agents are not trained to be TSA agents, nor should TSA agents be held hostage because of funding issues of ICE agents.

Alternatively, the President has the power to declare TSA agents as being vital to our nation's interests, like what was done when the government took over steel factories in WWII.

That millions of Americans are being held up because of the lack of TSA agents is enough justification for us to demand a solution NOW!

Life not only appreciates my peculiar set of talents and abilities, but it needs them as that is why I was created.

'I have my own set of talents and abilities, which Life appreciates.' 🧡

If we are truly the largest producers of oil, why don't we keep it for ourselves and our allies? Have we refilled our oil reserves that we're emptied under Biden? Now that we are at war, why isn't oil seen as a critical resource like steel was when it was siezed by the government during WWII?

I am centered in the conscious awareness of God’s presence in my life.

Christ within me leads me and guides me in and through every personal experience, and I trust that all is in Divine Order.

I dedicate my life, both personal and professional – indeed, all that I am to serving God and His wonderfully kind and loving purposes.

As one of God’s beloved children, I receive all that I need and earnestly desire, and all things that I receive, I trust are for my good and continued growth.

I receive an abundance of time, talent, treasure and good health,
so I can focus more fully on being of service to my fellow man.

I appreciate my body and the vehicle that it is for this unique expression of God that I am, so I nurture it with love and care, and maintain my optimum weight, that it will carry me well through all my experiences.

I receive increased self-confidence from knowing and acting on God’s principles of truth in my life, thereby creating success in all my endeavors.

Thank You, Lord, for loving me and for the grace I’ve received by knowing You. Thank You for giving me ears that can hear and eyes that can see. Help me to develop an ever-expanding awareness of Your truths, that I might share that knowledge freely with others.

Why are Social Security benefits paid a month behind? I recently retired and requested my benefits begin in September, three months after I attained the age necessary to receive full benefits. My benefit letter shows that I requested my benefits to begin in September, but I won't actually receive a check until the fourth Wednesday of October. Seriously?

Everything else in life is paid a month in advance...like a house payment, life insurance, health insurance, car payment, with one exception being paychecks, because you actually have to have worked to earn one. In the case of Social Security, this money was earned YEARS ago, so why can't we get it disbursed at the beginning of the month, when most other bills are due? I mean, we're simply taking back money - a little at a time - from an account that we've paid into our whole lives. Shouldn't we be the ones to decide when we get that money? Why should it be delayed literally almost two months from when it was originally requested?

Sharing this because I want it to be my truth.

Affirm softly: “I have a harmonious relationship with everyone in my family.”
Even if healing feels far away, your intention plants the seed. 🌻
