Here’s what we notice: skills transferring from formal learning environments (dance, cross-age mentoring) into informal environments outside after school. Where kids often self isolate into cliques of same-age peers, look at the acceptance, joy, interactivity and playfulness in this spontaneous group of human connection. School culture is built intentionally.
