Sarah Wilkinson is an entrepreneur, business owner, and community advocate in Northern Nevada. She is the Founder and CEO of Wilkinson Growth Partners, owner of Permalights Reno, and founder of the Carolynn Children & Family Foundation.

At the heart of everything Sarah does is a passion for people, connection, and creating something meaningful. Her journey through entrepreneurship, motherhood, advocacy, and profound personal loss has shaped the way she leads—with resilience, compassion, and a belief that our hardest experiences can become a source of purpose.

Sarah is passionate about supporting fellow business owners, strengthening her community, and building businesses and organizations that make a genuine difference in people’s lives. Above all, she is a wife and mom who believes success is about more than what you build—it’s about the people you impact along the way.

Sarah Wilkinson is the Founder and Executive Director of the Carolynn Children & Family Foundation, a nonprofit dedicatedw to supporting children and families facing medical challenges, trauma, grief, and other life-altering circumstances. Sarah founded the organization after her own family’s experiences navigating serious childhood medical challenges showed her just how overwhelming these seasons can be—and how important it is for families to feel supported, understood, and connected to resources. Following the loss of her son, Virgil, her commitment to this work became even more deeply personal. Today, Sarah uses her experiences, leadership, and love for her community to help ensure families facing their hardest moments don’t have to navigate them alone.

Through scalable workforce education and leadership solutions, MenoPalz helps organizations move menopause beyond awareness and into practical action that supports employee experience, performance, and retention. Raquel is a Certified Menopause Coach, keynote speaker, and media contributor.
