Entwine-NV guides this intermediate workshop, focusing on refining your single- and double-column ties and hojo cuff before building the tengu. You'll need 45–60 feet of rope depending on chest width, and rope will be available for purchase at the class.

CELTIC SONG SESSIONS
Join the Sons & Daughters of Erin for an afternoon of traditional Celtic songs, stories, and community singing. All voices are welcome.

There are few things better than roasting meat over an open flame. But after a long, hot day on the mountain, we start craving something different.

A cool, dark cave. A cold local beer. A savory hand pie.

We've fallen hard for the incredible pies Gail and her team at Crafted Palette make for us, and the Beef Wellington has earned a permanent place on our favorites list.

Seasoned steak simmered in a red wine mushroom gravy with red onion, bell pepper, and white cheddar, all wrapped in a flaky crust and finished with shredded parmesan.

It's hearty without being heavy and pairs beautifully with a pint of local beer, a glass of mead, or one of our mocktails.

Not feeling Beef Wellington? No worries. We've got a whole lineup of savory hand pies waiting for you.
