🌟pending

I have a client/ friend looking to find her gelding a different situation

She has recently rehabbed him and now that he’s feeling good, he would enjoy a home with more ridding and activity.

He does have Cushings and is older so he does require appropriate maintenance.

However he has been sound for the ridding I’ve been doing bringing him back into shape. He’s an easy forward ride appears to have an english background. He would make a good confidence builder, I’ve ridden him bitless with time off and he’s felt very safe.

Owner is absolutely not in a rush — he is well taken care of where he is, just has more energy and wants to do more then the time she has.

Lots of things can be worked out for the right fit including the expense of maintenance.

Pm me for more info, we have video/etc.

Rinky Dinky & Juniper have been the best of buds here since Rinkys arrival. We were able to give them the front pasture to themselves yesterday and they are so happy! Both Rinky and Juniper are seniors with unfortunate pasts and therefore require more maintenance so it really works out that they are happy together and can live out their days together in the pasture.

We’ve had quite a few new followers recently, so we wanted to share a little bit about who we are and what we do

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that offers an owner surrender program along with training and educational opportunities to the public at a reduced cost. Our owner surrender program allows horse owners to contact us and surrender their horse in any condition without costly surrender fees, helping provide a safe option during various difficult situations.

Although we have officially been a nonprofit for the past 3 years, Josie has a background in training horse for the public before we started the nonprofit. We specialized in c**t starting, mustangs, and horses with severe behavioral issues.

We transitioned into becoming a nonprofit after seeing the lack of resources available for horses and their owners in difficult situations, especially horses that may require more time, patience, and rehabilitation than the average horse.

Our goal is to give horses a second chance while also supporting and educating the community along the way.

We’re glad you’re here and hope you’ll follow along for our horse journeys, transformations, and the work we get to do every day. So here’s some pictures of our day to day life and the faces that you may see on here 😁

We’re also currently running a raffle from now until June 15th! It’s a great way to support our work, with all proceeds going directly back into the care, training, and rehabilitation of the horses — and you’ll also be entered to win a fun prize.

 ⭐️ Fundraising Raffle ⭐️

We’re excited to have another raffle featuring a beautiful 12 x 18 inch metal print of sweet Fern! This metal print is super rich in color! The original order picture does not do it justice.

The raffle will run from May 4th through June 15th.

🎟️ 1 ticket – $25
🎟️ 4 tickets – $80

We’re currently fundraising to help cover recent vet and farrier expenses. On the 24th alone, we spent approximately $1,700 on routine spring vaccines, dental care, and Rinky’s sedated trim. We also spent an additional $550 to provide vaccines and dental care for a horse in foster. This past Saturday, the farrier was out again—another necessary (and pricey) visit to keep everyone healthy and comfortable.

If you’d like to support the horses and enter the raffle, you can donate through:👇

A little sneak peak into Annie’s first ride, of course we were out of frame most the time😅

I still continue start horses ba****ck even on those like Annie who don’t really “ NEED” it. As I feel I can give the horse a more well rounded, balanced, and thorough, start this way.
