After a 16-year break, the State Fair of Nevada is returning to the Nevada State Fairgrounds in Reno! With food vendors and entertainment, this family-friendly event celebrates agriculture and community in Nevada. University of Nevada, Reno Extension is a sponsor of the fair, and will be involved in various activities, including providing the Desert Farming Initiative’s produce in the event’s farmers’ market and offering items for sale, such as meat from Wolf Pack Meats and Rafter 7 wool garments.
