Unsupervised trip to the feed store at the tail end of chick season can only mean one thing 🤪 3 rhode island reds and 3 barred rocks to add to the flock!

What an amazing spring so far! Greenhouse is producing the hugest plants ever, outside pond is producing its first lily flowers of the year, and we have fruit on all the trees! Pictured is a cherry tree, but the apples, pears, nectarines, cherries and plums are all bearing fruit!

We had a fantastic mounted archery practice yesterday! Perfect weather, we even had the goat w**d eating crew helping out first thing! They’re cute but they’re not very good at their jobs 😜 All the horses were very well behaved and all the humans shot quite well! We’ll do it again on June 11! Thank you Bonnie MacCurdy and Leah Earle for coming out and playing 😁

Lilac and privet clones cut today!

Seems like spring has finally arrived, it was downright hot today! Hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did. Greenhouse is finally ready to have soil prepped for planting. And an iris bloomed today in my inside pond, absolutely gorgeous!
