MidTown goes green for First Thursday On April 4th, Midtown Reno will host their First Thursday event from 5 to 9 p.m.

MidTown strives to make green choices for our neighborhood that benefit our community! From our partnership with Sol-Up to provide solar energy to MidTown businesses, to our clean-ups with Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful, we are delighted to share our green initiatives with you.

Here are the specials and events you can look forward to on April 4th!

Green
• Recycle your used instrument strings at Mountain Music Parlor! They have partnered with TerraCycle US so you can responsibly dispose of your used strings for guitar, banjo, violin, bass, and more. For every set of strings you recycle, you'll receive 5% off your new strings purchase (up to 25% off). | 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
• ❌ (Canceled due to weather) Stop by Sol Up Reno's showroom to learn how Nevadans can take advantage of the Federal Clean Energy Plan to lower their energy bills and adopt clean energy with the Nevada Conservation League. | 4 - 6:30 p.m.
