Every month I do a check in with my clients to see how things are going and how we can make them better.
We celebrate the small wins here. We cheer each other on and work on being nicer to ourselves when we make mistakes. We find a balance between self discipline and self compassion and show up for ourselves because we're worth it.

March had a lot of doctors appointments and a lot of trying and a decent amount of feeling defeated. But also look at how pretty these flowers are.

The secret isn’t to “just push through.”
It’s to meet yourself where you are. Slowly increase your capacity over time. Maintain what you can when you can’t. Focus on being consistent, not intense. And ask for help when you need it (even when you don’t want to).
