🐾 Meet Ollie, Franky & Daisie! 🐾

Looking for kittens with BIG personalities? Allow us to introduce this adorable trio of chaos, comedy, and cuddles. 😹

These three have their daily routine down to a science. Every morning starts with one very important event:

🍽️ BREAKFAST.

And they will not let you forget it.

Soft food is a MUST, and if you're running late, expect a full-scale protest involving screaming, dramatic meows, and possibly tiny kittens climbing your legs to remind you that breakfast is, in fact, overdue.

When they're not campaigning for snacks, they're busy being ridiculously entertaining.

πŸ’™ Ollie & Franky are champion snugglers who still nurse on their tummies when they're sleepy.
🩷 Daisie specializes in surprise "drive-by" ankle swipes just to keep life exciting.
πŸͺΆ All three are obsessed with feather toys and regularly engage in tug-of-war matches that are equal parts athletic competition and comedy show.
🐱 They love other cats.
🐢 They tolerate big dogs. (They're not exactly fans, but everyone peacefully coexists.)
❀️ Their personalities are absolutely amazing.

These kittens are playful, social, affectionate, hilarious, and guaranteed to keep you laughing every single day.

If your home is missing a little extra fun, a lot of extra love, and occasional breakfast-related drama, Ollie, Franky, and Daisie are ready to fill that void.

🚨 FOSTERS NEEDED NOW 🚨

This is one of those rescue calls where we know very little... but we know these cats need help NOW.

We're looking for foster homes for four cats and one kitten from the same household who are being treated for ringworm, plus one additional cat in need of temporary placement. They are currently at Washoe County Regional Animal Services and need immediate rescue.

Before anyone asks... πŸ˜…

πŸ“Έ The cat pictured is NOT one of the cats needing placement. We don't yet have photos, ages, sexes, names, or biographies. This is simply a stock photo because these cats need help faster than we can get a photoshoot scheduled.

What we do know is that they need a safe place to land.

✨ Foster care is fun, rewarding, and truly saves lives.
✨ We provide supplies, medical care, and support.
✨ You provide a spare room, a little time, and a lot of love.

Can you help? Please reach out right away or apply to foster here:

πŸ‘‰ https://www.optionsveterinarycare.org/foster

Not able to foster? Sharing this post could help us find the hero these cats are waiting for. ❀️ Let's go save some cats!

🐾 Meet Sam. ❀️

Sam is a sweet Springer Spaniel who recently came to Options Veterinary Care with his owner, Christine, after several days of frequent vomiting and lethargy.

As any pet parent can imagine, Christine was worried.

After an examination and bloodwork, Dr. Lingenfelter diagnosed Sam with pancreatitis, a painful condition that can make dogs feel very sick. Thankfully, we were able to provide medications to help him feel better, along with donated digestive care food to support his recovery.

Now we're hoping our compassionate community can help with the cost of Sam's care.

πŸ’™ Needed: $191.58
πŸ’™ Covers: Exam, bloodwork, and medications

Christine is a senior citizen who loves Sam dearly, and your support can help ease the financial burden while ensuring he receives the care he needs.

No donation is too small. Whether it's $5, $10, or more, every gift helps pets like Sam get the medical attention they deserve when they need it most.

Donate online: https://www.optionsveterinarycare.org/donate
Donate by mail: Options Veterinary Care: 4690 Longley Lane, Suite 1, Reno, NV 89502

Together, we can help keep tails wagging and families together. 🐢❀️

🐾✨ Meet Mario! ✨🐾

Mario recently visited Options Veterinary Care for a Grade 4 dental procedure with Dr. Kang, and we're happy to report that he did AMAZING! His procedure went smoothly, he recovered beautifully, and he's now enjoying life with a much healthier, pain-free smile. 🐢🦷

But Mario's story goes far beyond shiny new teeth.

A few years ago, Mario was adopted from Nevada Humane Society by his devoted owner, Joanna. Within just 12 hours of bringing him home, Mario slipped away and disappeared.

What followed was every pet owner's nightmare.

Mario traveled all the way from South Reno to Neil Road, crossing busy streets before being struck by a car. When Joanna found him injured, she rushed him to an emergency veterinary hospital.

Faced with difficult decisions and limited options, Joanna was told she could pursue extensive orthopedic surgery, surrender Mario back to the shelter, or amputate his injured leg.

There was never any question about one thing: Mario was family.

Joanna chose the option she could afford while keeping her beloved companion by her side. Mario underwent amputation of his left hind leg and began the journey of learning life as a tripod.

Today, you'd hardly know he's missing a leg.

Mario runs, plays, explores, and enjoys life just like any other dog. Most importantly, he's surrounded by a family that loves him every step (or three) of the way. ❀️

Now, after conquering so much, Mario has one more thing to celebrate...

✨ A healthy mouth and shiny new teeth! ✨

Thank you, Joanna, for sharing Mario's story with us. Dogs like Mario remind us every day that resilience comes in all shapes, sizes, and number of legs. 🐾❀️
