I need your help! I was scammed while working through PayPal. Despite having proof of work and initial promises of payment protection, PayPal is now refusing to honor their word. A client used their eCheck system knowing they didn't have the funds, canceled payment after I did the work, and now PayPal won't help me get the money I earned. This has happened before, and they claim it's against their policy, yet they do nothing! I'm facing power shutoff, and this feels like a legalized scam that PayPal is enabling.
