Did you know that right now in Rockingham County there are abused and neglected children in foster care? Each one of these children needs someone like you to be their voice in court. They need someone to visit with them at least once a month to make sure all their needs are being met. This also includes letting the Court know what their wishes are. Are you able to dedicate a few hours each month to a child in foster care? If so, please consider becoming a Guardian ad Litem volunteer. No experience is necessary. Just have a sincere concern for children, be over 18 years old, and be able to pass a criminal background check.
Our training lasts 6 weeks and consists of in-person and online sessions.
