Demonstrating a new model of humanitarian action through co-created & community-led programs

iACT's mission is to resource and partner with people affected by war and conflict, to amplify their voices and create opportunities for them to thrive. We do this by listening deeply to their needs, then together, we create safe and joyful programs that include preschools, soccer academies, employment opportunities, and training, all led by the affected communities themselves.

Solidarity is not a policy. It is not about politics or a line item in a budget.
It does not start with a one-time statement or call to action. It requires more of us all.

♥️ Solidarity starts with love. ♥️
And it requires us all to start by grounding our action in love.

When we start with love, we open the door to seeing each other in our full humanity. Not as some category we may have been placed into — refugee, humanitarian, donor — but as people with common goals, common hopes, and a shared responsibility to walk alongside each other.

"World Refugee Day means so much to me on a personal level. It's a day that I express my thoughts as a refugee and feel my voice can be heard. I feel there is a world that takes care of me and has a big consideration for me, and at the same time I remember my homeland as well." - Abdelkrim, RUSA Coach, Chad

Donate today to support coaches like Abdelkrim. Every donation matched up to $5,000 this week only.

For decades, the has been renowned for its support of civil and human rights. But its credibility is now at risk.

While the worst humanitarian crisis continues in Sudan, the NBA is partnering with the United Arab Emirates on a $300M deal. The UAE is sponsoring a genocidal militia in Sudan with weapons & drones that kill civilians, and this should be a red line for the NBA.
