🚨PSA: Teachers at Cedarcrest HS have the opportunity to train with us for free!🚨
For teacher appreciation month, we wanted to recognize teachers and the work they put in both inside and outside of the classroom for their students. Sometimes all that time put in can make it hard to do something for yourself, which is why we wanted to give you the opportunity to take a step for your health and fitness. Start or continue your strength training journey in a place with coaches to guide you every step of the way!

‼️It’s Teacher Appreciation Month‼️
Often times, teachers don’t get the recognition they deserve despite all of the time and energy that goes into being an educator! We wanted to do something big for our teachers at Cedarcrest High School who are interested in taking a step to invest in their own health and fitness. The first 20 teachers to reach out to us will get a completely FREE month of training with expert coaching guidance, structured workouts, and customization to account for any injuries or limitations!

It happens but in our customized group training program each workout is adapted from person a person so you don’t have to worry about comparison and you get expect coaching to make sure you’re saying safe and healthy as you’re moving through your workout! Breaks my heart to say it but peanut butter is NOT a good source of protein. Especially if your goals include increasing muscle tone and decreasing body fat, peanut butter has more fat than is recommended for people looking to achieve those goals. Instead, reach for eggs, cottage cheese, lean meats, etc. Fat is still a necessary macronutrient but a higher protein and lower fat diet may be the change you need to get to your fitness goals!
