Starting May 23rd we are switching things up with the shop rides. We will no longer have 2 rides every Saturday. Instead, we will alternate Fast Ride / Social Ride every week. This means longer rides with routes that change more often!
Routes will be exquisite and the coffee stops will be luxurious.
First up, we have the Fast Ride on 5/23. Rollout is 8:00am. The following week we’ll have the Social Ride
5/30 at 9:00am.
See you out there!

The only problem is the suggested items in the shops Amazon account now 🙈

We’ll be closed this Sunday for the Grand Fondo Ephrata! Who will we see out there?

Today is the day! Spicy Sammy is back. Our fastest ride leaves the shop at 6pm every Wednesday. We’ve got some hitters signed up for tonight’s ride. Will there be a new Spicy Sammy KOM??

Introducing a monthly women’s ride series celebrating the power, grit and excitement of women’s cycling and centered around the 2026 women’s World Tour calendar. Hosted by our friend, Kait Rihel
Each month, we’ll roll out on a route designed with the World Tour race of that weekend in mind, channeling the energy of the pros while building our own community on two wheels. Think iconic race vibes, strong pulls and mid-ride chats. We may even mix in a café stop.
To keep things spicy, these rides will alternate between:
Road rides - smooth tarmac and steady pace lines Gravel rides - bumpy corners and dirt-powered miles
This is a no-drop ride with regular regrouping to encourage all ability levels.
Each ride will earn you an entry into the draw for a full kit (jersey and bibs). Winners of the optional QOM segments will earn you an extra entry into this draw.
Rolling from Element Cycles at 9 am. See you there!

Milan-San Remo
First up, we have Milan-San Remo. Known for being the first major Classic of the season and the longest one-day race on the calendar (with a modest climb finish). For this reason, we have added an optional, short climb up NE 116th St to cap off our ride.
Optional Segment QOM: NE 116th St + 154th PI NE
Bakery stop: Kelsey’s Koffee, Carnation

It’s almost that time of year to set resolutions. For us, that means doing Pas Normal Studios January Resolution Challenge rides every Saturday all month long. Embrace the new year with a Strava Challenge to keep you moving. To complete the challenge with us and ride a total of 1000 km during the month of January. Mix and match our rides with your own schedule and keep the momentum by adding indoor rides. The only thing that counts is the total distance ridden. Take on the challenge – find it on Strava.
