I know it’s hard to believe that Spring is right around the corner! Soon the real estate market will be in full bloom. For those of you planning on selling your home, now is a great time to prepare. Here’s a few of my recommendations to prepare your house for the market:

*Meet with yours truly, to go over a great marketing plan, and value for your home.
*Know the health of your house by getting a home inspection, and make any necessary repairs or replacement of items .
*Start packing early by removing any clutter.
*Freshen rooms with new paint and carpet, or carpet cleaning, if necessary.
*Clean-up the yard and outdoor spaces, from winters wrath.❤️🏡❤️
