Dinner tonight....I work 2nd shift so have to make sure it's done when the kids get home from school.
Chicken stuffing casserole
1-2lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast
1 box of chicken stuffing
1-2 cans of cream of chicken
Bake chicken breast at 350 for about 30 minutes. Mix chicken & cream of chicken together in pan. Cook stuffing and put of top. Bake in oven at 350 for about 20 minutes or till crispy.
I use 2 boxes of stuffing b/c I love it and a family size of cream of chicken. I am feeding a family of 5

A family favorite for decades and so easy to throw together. Potatoes, Green Beans and Ham ❤️ for a 8 qt crockpot, I cut up 6 average size Potatoes, 2 family size cans of green beans (I drain the water off), pound and a half of good quality smoked ham and a 32 oz carton of vegetable broth, salt and pepper as desired. Let it cook on high for 4-6 hrs, switch to low or warm for all-day eating 😋

So simple and cheap just a baked potato with butter, shredded Colby cheese, sloppy joe meat. For mine I just use a can of sloppy joe or manwich sauce! Make as little or as much as you want
