Job Summary

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, improving internal processes, monitoring team progress, and supporting projects related to systems, websites, domains, Odoo implementation, and overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth daily operations

• Act as a bridge between the CEO and different teams

• Monitor tasks, deadlines, and team performance

• Support technical projects such as Odoo implementation, system setups, and process improvements

• Follow up on business development, marketing, and operational activities

• Identify operational issues and work with teams to resolve them efficiently

• Provide regular updates and reports to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field

• 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or Technical Coordination

• Basic understanding of websites, domains, software systems, and technical processes

• Ability to manage multiple projects, departments, and deadlines

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

• Experience with project management and productivity tools is preferred
