Tonight residents experienced Red Sky dining at its finest during our Chef’s Table event!
Guests enjoyed an intimate, boutique-style evening featuring the very best of Pacific Northwest ingredients, brought to life through a beautifully curated four-course menu by Chef Lee and his talented culinary team. Each dish was thoughtfully crafted and plated, paired perfectly with wines selected to elevate every bite.
From start to finish, the night was a true celebration of flavor, creativity, and community, and residents raved about the incredible food and experience!
A special thank you to Chef Lee and his team and Restaurant Manager Sharon for going all out to make the evening extraordinary. ‘Cheers’ to General Manager Brooke for her impeccable wine pairings, and heartfelt appreciation to Maria and Mariah for their attentive service.
It was truly a night to remember.

Our Supper Club enjoyed a fantastic evening at Big Fish Grill in Woodinville! The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding—especially the crab cakes, which were a big hit.
It’s quickly become one of our favorite spots, and we can’t wait to return!

Today we took another successful trip on the light rail from Redmond to SeaTac! We navigated a line change from Line 2 to Line 1, heading south toward Federal Way like pros. Once we arrived, we walked the skybridge into the terminal and enjoyed a coffee at The Neighbourhood Café. We even navigated a shuttle ride back to the station before heading home. Now we know how to pick up friends and family from the airport!

The delicious food, beautiful dessert bar, and incredible teamwork made the evening truly special. It was wonderful to see so many families and friends together in our community.

Today we had the joy of celebrating the incredible women in our community!
Our Ladies Champagne Social was filled with laughter, connection, and appreciation for the many ways these remarkable women enrich our lives. Through their kindness, strength, stories, and friendships, they truly make our community such a special place.
Ladies, our community is better because of you.

We had a festive Cinco de Mayo celebration yesterday with the New Age Flamenco trio! Oleg and his friends had us on our feet dancing - luckily, we learned a salsa routine in Line Dancing class last Friday! We also enjoyed margaritas and churros. It was a fun and lively happy hour!

This past Sunday, we attended the Seattle Symphony’s Xian Conducts Mozart performance at Benaroya Hall. Xian and the orchestra brought incredible energy to Mozart’s compositions, leaving everyone completely captivated.

What a week it’s been at Fairwinds Redmond! From games and storytelling to music, fashion, and meaningful connections, our community was buzzing with fun, laughter, and creativity all week long. Here’s a look back at the special moments that made each day shine:

Tuesday was buzzing with energy at Buzz-In Trivia! Residents put their knowledge to the test and shared plenty of laughs while welcoming our new Activities Assistant, Ally. A fantastic start to a fun-filled week. We’re so glad to have her on the team!

Wednesday’s Photo and a Chat with Francesca was a stroll down memory lane. Residents brought cherished photos and albums to share their stories while enjoying Francesca’s delicious raspberry cheesecake.

Thursday, our Spring/Summer Fashion Show was a huge hit, featuring resident and staff models showing off fabulous seasonal styles. A big thank-you to Pamela from Your Clothing Solutions for providing the outfits and helping our runway shine!

Thursday night, Red Sky Restaurant was the place to be! The Fidgety Feet Jazz Band brought the New Orleans vibe, and there wasn’t an empty chair in the room. From toe-tapping tunes to a lively conga line, the party was a great success.

We wrapped up the week with a truly special moment as senior art students from Bear Creek Christian School returned to present residents with artwork inspired by their earlier interviews. Each piece was thoughtfully created from getting to know each other. A but thank you to Mr Mangin and his five students for volunteering for this project. We wish them all the very best for their graduation and future.
