We removed the wall that divided the two spaces and created one big, beautiful open space! Such amazing things happen when you knock down the barriers and open your mind to new ideas!

I can’t believe how fast time flies and it still feels totally surreal that I’m celebrating Jane Brookman Designs 10th anniversary at the end of October!

Interior design is not only my passion but it’s what drives me and keeps me feeling inspired!

I am thankful everyday for all of my wonderful clients, who trust me with their homes, offices, and businesses. I have met the most amazing people and worked on some truly incredible projects!

I am excited for what the next 10 years hold for JBD and can’t wait to share some exciting new projects that are starting soon!

The claw foot bathtub was a specific requirement and also using our clients set of mosaic mirrors for the vanity- love how the room turned out! So beautiful!🤍

Can’t wait to share more of the glass shower surround and finally get professional pics taken- but for now, iPhone pics will do!

This bedroom is cozy and comfortable and made for relaxing!

As the days get shorter this time of year it’s important to add pops of colors to your spaces and don’t forget about the lighting.
Add extra table lamps and floor lamps so you have light in practically every corner- remember to not just use your “Big light” that came with the house. By adding extra light sources you will help create better ambiance and make the space more inviting.

Site visit today at our and the stairwell transformation needed a post of its own! The before and afters truly make me so happy!

The railing system was updated and the wall opened up to make it feel more airy. The old carpet was removed and new hardwood steps were installed.

The space under the stairs was converted into a little dog house area and the underutilized nook will now be stylish breakfast nook!

Love this bright and cheerful bathroom transformation!

The old shower tile floor was failing so we used that an opportunity to create something special!
The builder basic tile was the first thing I knew we had to change- brown tile, yuck!

Luckily, my client had installed an amazing geometric wallpaper years back and I was instantly inspired by it.

There is a small orange dot in the pattern and if you zoom in you can see it. The penny round tiles are the exact same size and color as the orange dot on the wallpaper.

We only updated the shower and the main floor tile but this feels like a completely different room now- love a great transformation and helping my clients have fun!

Countertop install is tomorrow-YAY! Then the appliance garage can be installed on that blank wall- can’t wait to share more!

Style Board Sunday and bringin’ the heat with this stunning living space design!

Could not be any happier with how this sweet, little home is coming together for my clients- they just moved in a couple months ago and we have already made so much progress!

These amazingly fun and creative clients wanted to go bold and luckily they already had the orange sofa and the geometric area rug -so we used ‘em and they look so good!

Can’t wait for photo day on this one!🎉
