Also can’t believe we haven’t posted any updates on our more recent projects 🤦‍♂️…Social media hasn’t been our focus in year 2 of business. We owe the interwebs some more content.

A little update on our Sunriver project: The finished space is starting to take shape. Can’t wait to reveal the final results soon!

Passing structural, electrical, plumbing and mechanical rough-in inspections all on the first attempt is always the goal. Feels good when a plan comes together 😉

Temp wall up and a little glue-lam beam installed for a cool panel pocket door that will be installed later in the project. That’s the last of the framing on this remodel. On to rough-ins.

Here in Central Oregon, we should all be aware of the fact that we live in a high risk area for wildfires.

In light of the tragic events currently taking place down in Los Angeles, we thought we'd share some resources that we've gathered to help you prepare your home as much as possible in the event that our communities are threatened by a wildfire.

At the very least, you might be able to save a few bucks on your home insurance. In the worst case scenario, you might just be able to prevent the loss of your home and potentially a neighbor's by doing your part to slow down the spread of embers - and give our brave first responders a fighting chance to stop them all together.
