It’s been a minute since I introduced myself so I want to take a minute to say hi 👋

I’m Alaina ✨
In this space I primarily share my passion for reiki, energy and the chakra system. More specifically, how we can use this ancient wisdom to help us to feel more grounded, balanced and more connected with our truest selves, in all of the wonderful shades of life.

My hope is to guide you along your path back home; to learn how to peel back all of the layers of your soul like an onion 🧅 and tune into what makes your heart sing.

When you work with me 1:1 or in one of my digital programs, you will be given the opportunity to slow down and connect inward.

✨I will hold the space for you to explore what each of the chakras mean for you and how they impact your life.

✨You will uncover the truths behind why you feel certain ways or react to situations as you do.

✨ You will learn ways to create space for your energy to flow freely, AND learn ways to hold that space for yourself.

✨ In turn, you will feel more connected to yourself. You will have more clarity and be able to follow your inner wisdom without hesitation.
