The Bakehouse is all saws and painter’s tape — yet it’s taking shape.
We’re grateful for the team supporting this project — the measuring thrice, the late-night fine-tuning and puzzle-solving, and the shared wish to build something meaningful for the community.

Menu sneak peak: toasts.
Our seed breads, the ones you know. Toasted and topped with seasonal fruit, cream, jam, and mint.
Landing at the Bakehouse in Redmond — along with organic espresso and a few new baked good varietals we’ve been jamming on.
